Baked Salmon with Asparagus

A nutrient-packed dish with tender baked salmon and roasted asparagus.

1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp honey
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillet.

Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add the asparagus next to it and drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender & serve immediately.
