Protein Oat Pancakes

A fluffy, protein-rich pancake alternative perfect for a nutritious breakfast.

¼ cup oats
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
2 large egg whites
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp baking powder
Cooking spray or 1 tsp coconut oil

Blend oats into a fine powder (or use oat flour).

In a bowl, mix the oat flour, protein powder, egg whites, almond milk, and baking powder into a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick pan with cooking spray or coconut oil over medium heat.

Pour small amounts of the batter into the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown & serve plain or top with fresh berries for extra flavour.
