Hi besties! I’m Jasmine, a fitness enthusiast and your best friend on the journey to a healthier you.
A few years ago, I found myself stuck in a place where I didn’t feel strong, confident, or in control of my body. In an attempt to change, I lost weight quickly, but it came at the cost of my physical and mental health. I developed an unhealthy relationship with food, and instead of feeling better, I felt worse.
But that wasn’t the end of my story.
I decided to rewrite it. Through determination, small consistent steps, and a whole lot of self-love, I rebuilt my relationship with food, found balance, and transformed my lifestyle. I lost 15 kg the ‘healthy’ way, but more importantly
I gained strength, confidence, and a passion for fitness.
Now, my mission is to help others find that same spark within themselves.
I believe fitness isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. It’s about feeling empowered, celebrating every little win, and discovering what your body is capable of.
